Absentee Check Program
If your child will be away from school, please use SchoolZone to report the absence. Click on Student Profile, then choose Attendance and then choose Submit Attendance. Parent clicks on the attendance block they want to record an absence for and chooses the appropriate reason. Remember to click Submit Attendance when finished.
If you're unable use SchoolZone, please call 780-456-6980, follow the prompts to select the Attendance line and give the following information;
- Your child’s name with the spelling
- Your child’s teacher’s name
- When your child will be absent
- Reason for absence
If your child is away from school and there has been no call confirming your child’s absence, you will be called by the automated school messaging system.
